The comfortable apartment can accommodate max. five people (up to four adults plus a child in a cot).
The living area of the approx. 75 m² large terraced house is distributed over living / dining room with open kitchen, two separate bedrooms, hall, storage room and the bathroom.
All rooms are tiled or laid out with laminate, so it is also suitable for allergy sufferers.
The spacious living room has a cozy sofa, a large TV, DVD player, CD player, a dining area - from here you have access to the large (partly covered) terrace and the comfortable kitchen area. This is u. a. equipped with a 4-ring ceramic hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher.
One of the bedrooms has a slightly raised double bed (1,80 x 2 m) with adjustable bed bases at the head and the second bedroom has a bunk bed. The bunk bed is also suitable for adults, both bedrooms are equipped with a TV. A cot can be placed, a high chair is also available.
The large daylight bathroom is handicapped accessible: The shower is at ground level and equipped with a seat and with grab bars. The toilet also has a handle. The doors within the house are each 94 cm wide, the front door is a little narrower at 88 cm. The patio door from the living room to the outside is designed to be barrier-free and can be opened wide by the two-leaf construction, a passage with a wheelchair is readily possible. The patio door can not be locked from the outside.
