Absolute lake view. The app.House "Hanseat II" is located at the end of the Grömitzer promenade in the direction of Lensterstrand.
The 4-star apartment No. 183 "Meeresperle" is located directly behind the dike and is only two minutes walk from the beach and the promenade. To the center and to the pier is about 10 minutes.
The "sea pearl" can accommodate max. four persons (two adults and two children) and is located in the 6th Floor - an elevator is up to the 5th Floor available. The living area of the approx. 54 m² holiday home is distributed over a bright living / dining room with lake view, two separate bedrooms as well as the small kitchen and the bathroom. The living room is equipped with a cozy sitting area and a dining area, from here you have access to the East-Loggia, this invites you to linger. The new and modern kitchen is u. a. equipped with dishwasher, microwave with baking function, 4 plate stove, coffee machine, coffee machine and other kitchen appliances. The children's room also comes from the living room and is equipped with a double sofa bed (with slatted frame, 1.60 m wide) and a shelf and a large wardrobe wall. The master bedroom has a double bed (0,90m x 2,00m - two mattresses) and a large wardrobe wall is also available. The bathroom has a large open shower (a possibility for sitting is available), a towel heater is also here.

Nichts zu bemängeln. Vor allem sehr sauber, super gelegen und vor allem die Küche mit allen denkbaren Utensilien ausgestattet!

Die Ferienwohnung mit einer sehr guten Ausstattung hat uns super gefallen. Es fehlte an nichts. Die Lage direkt mit Blick vom Balkon auf die See geniessen wir immer wieder gerne.
