The living area is furnished with a cozy living room corner, flat screen TV, stereo and a dining area and an open kitchen. The kitchen is u. a. equipped with a dishwasher, a built-in oven, 4 ceramic hobs, Senseo coffee pad machine, filter coffee machine, microwave and other kitchen appliances. From the living area you have access to the furnished and sheltered south-facing balcony. The hallway leads to the two bedrooms, one with a small wardrobe and a double bed (dimensions: 1.40 x 2.00 m) - this is only accessible from one side. The second bedroom also has a double bed (dimensions: 1.80 x 2.00 m) and a large fitted wardrobe, a small chest of drawers with books and a laundry collector - a floor-to-ceiling window is available here - you get to a second small balcony.
The bedrooms can be darkened with external blinds.
The bright daylight bathroom with shower / WC is located between the two bedrooms. In the hallway is also a large built-in wardrobe, so that is provided for enough storage space.
