About this apartment rental
Dear guests, dear visitors,
With a new name in familiar surroundings, we warmly welcome you and look forward to welcoming you soon in our guest house "am Hengstkamp".
The 3-room apartment can accommodate up to 4 people and is located on the ground floor, it offers a beautiful view over our paddock, and the riding arena. The apartment is divided into hall, kitchen with dining area, living area, bathroom, bedroom (double bed) and another bedroom (2 single beds).
Conditions:
• The rental price includes consumption costs for water, electricity, TV and kitchen appliances
• If the payments according to the lease are not made within the specified deadlines, the landlord can withdraw from the contract.
• The number of persons mentioned in the contract may not be exceeded.
• The furniture obtained in the rental property, as well as the kitchen appliances and dishes u. S. W. will be handed over to the renter for use during the rental period. The listed items are to be treated with care by the renter.
• Any damage incurred during the rental period must be reported immediately and replaced by the renter.
• The kitchen is not part of the final cleaning and as left on arrival, if you do not pay attention, the cleaning of the kitchen will be charged at cost.
• Waste disposal and proper separation are the responsibility of the tenant. Corresponding disposal options are available in the yard.
• Pets are not allowed.
• No riding lessons are offered on the farm.
• Washer and dryer are ready for use. The tokens are available at a price of 3.00 Euro per piece in our office.
• Forgotten items are kept for a maximum of 10 days, the cost of the return is borne by the renter.

Es war alles in der Nähe und das Essen rundherum war so toll und wir haben es richtig genossen♡

Wohnung bietet alles was man braucht. Wir waren im EG und trotzdem alles ruhig.
Sehr ruhige, idyllische Gesamtlage.
Kinder konnten sich frei auf dem Gelände bewegen.
Einziger Mangel war leider die oberflächliche Sauberkeit, durch die Putzfirma.

Leider schlechte , teilweise keine Internetverbindung. Als Anregung: Fliegengitter vor den Fenstern . Bestimmt werden wir in diesem Objekt noch mal Urlaub verbringen und werden es auch weiter empfehlen

Das Objekt liegt sehr ruhig und doch ist es sehr zentral.
Der Anfahrweg von der Autobahn ist kurz und einfach.
Auch kurze Wege zum tanken und einkaufen.
Wir hatten einen schönen ruhigen Aufenthalt.
Die Vermieter sind nett und aufgeschlossen.
Zum Strand fährt man zwar ca. 3 KM,was aber nicht nennenswert ist, wenn man nicht im Ferientrubel enden möchte.
Wir werden garantiert wiederkommen!!
