Cozy Cottage in the woods on a mountainside just minutes from downtown Asheville. Set in a peaceful, pastoral setting, enjoy panoramic views from the wraparound deck and loft. The deck has plenty of outdoor seating for relaxing and dining. Inside, the open living area has a vaulted ceiling and loft. It is comfortably furnished and well equipped. The kitchen has a range with oven, microwave, refrigerator, ice maker, disposal, and dishwasher. Dishes, flatware, glassware, pots and pans are provided. There is WIFI, a large flat screen TV for streaming, and a gas log stove for Fall and Winter evenings. The cozy cottage offers the best of both worlds. You can relax here, away from it all, and in a manner of minutes enjoy the Biltmore, local breweries, fine dining, entertainment, arts, and shopping that are unique to Asheville. 2.2 miles to downtown Asheville, or three miles to the Blue Ridge Parkway where you can sight-see, bike or hike.

Perfect getaway in the mountains. Easy access to downtown Asheville and local hiking. We spent a lot of time enjoying the view from the deck and trying to spot bears (from a distance). Really appreciated the resources and clear instructions for check in and check out.
