About this apartment rental
Beautiful 6th floor beach front condo at Emerald Beach Resort! The condo is 800 square feet done in a relaxing beach theme with a matching color scheme throughout. It features a spacious master with a king bed which has a memory foam mattress, perfect for complete relaxation! It has a large dresser with a 32 inch tv and a set of night stands which makes for plenty of room to unpack your belongings! There is a set of bunk beds, with memory foam mattresses, in the nook which allows for kids to have their own space to relax (children under 10 only allowed to sleep on the top bunk bed). If you need more space, there is a queen pull out sofa with a memory foam mattress in the family room. There is laundry closet in the hallway with a washer and dryer. The kitchen has everything you will need including granite counters, dishwasher, microwave, range and full sized fridge. There are 4 bar stools to eat at as well as a kitchen table. The family room features a full sized couch which pulls out to a queen bed, a love seat and chair. There is a 50 inch 4k flat screen TV with streaming capabilities and a DVD player. There is a large balcony with seating to enjoy the gorgeous views!

1. State of the art gym
2. Starbucks
3. Icecream parlor
4. Skybar
5. Kids activities daily
1 Adult couple or families only. Minimum age to rent is 25 and proof of age will be required. The renter must occupy the unit during stay, so no renting units for other people. If this is found to be the case, you will be removed from the unit, no refund and will forfeit the damage deposit.
Additional info:
1. Final reservation details will be given 48 hours prior to reservation (door code, parking passes, garage code ect)
2. Check in time is 4 PM CST
3. Check out time is 10 AM CST
4. $2000 security deposit (only taken if there is damage to the unit).
5. $165 cleaning fee
6. $25 Parking fee per stay, collected separately after booking. You will be given a link to register your car and to pay the fee.
7. 13% tax
8. Entire balance due at time of booking
9. This is a NON SMOKING unit. Please do not smoke or vape inside or on the balcony. If the unit smells of smoke upon inspection there is an additional $300 cleaning fee and forfeiture of the $2000 damage deposit.

The room was nice and clean. The bedroom floor, which is carpet, stayed wet and continued to travel farther into the room (no one ever walked on the carpet wet, so it was like there was a leak). The tub would not drain, so as we were showering, we had to stand in the backed up water. We contacted the owner, the first full day to let them know and they told us someone would be out to look at/fix it. No one ever showed up/fixed it.

This is a very nice condo on the beach. Very clean, well decorated. Response to questions or issues was very quick.

This is not a Preferred Host! Had trouble checking in because the host used an old and outdated contract. It’s the little things that make a stay worth the expense. The Host decided not to renew the beach rental chairs which is a big thing on the beach. Some Guest thru a beer bottle off the balcony and closed the pool for the week. The room was great but the little things kept it from being perfect. Most Condos have a beach wagon but not this one. This Resort was not for us, not a romantic spot for a get away. Numerous elevators & escalators were not working. I recommend bringing your own chairs & beach wagon if you want to enjoy the beach. Numerous other Condos include that for the same price.
