Three bedroom cottage in Point Beach area of Egg Harbor

Very easy check-in and check-out, clean and tidy place, appreciate that pets are allowed. Wonderful neighborhood! We enjoyed our stay.

The view from the front porch made the stay! And walking our small dog around the neighborhood and seeing the views from all the access roads. We were close to everything we wanted to do but away from any crowds. Easy access to Egg Harbor.The cottage had everything we needed. There was a musty smell inside. A little too cool to open doors and windows to air it out. Upgrading the furniture would make the stay much more enjoyable but overall we were happy with the stay.

The cottage was clean and you can’t beat the location. Very peaceful.

We arrived in the dark and could not find the place because the house number on the confirmation was on the wrong street. There was no outside light when you enter the house with four steep concrete steps. Very difficult with young kids. The house was fine but the mattresses are old and really need to be replaced. We had four adults and two kids staying but only four bath towels were provided. The cabinet and dressers have a very old musty smell. The couch and chairs were better smelling. Only soap was in the bathrooms. I at least expected some shampoo. No paper towels nor any spices or salt and pepper to cook with. Thank goodness there was toilet paper! There was an older grill and smoker but not a place to have a fire outside. It seemed like every place around had a fire pit. Basically it was a place to sleep with no frills .
