CLOSE TO THE BEACH ON QUIET STREET -
Tucked away on one of the quietest streets in Camp Ellis, away from all the crazy traffic, yet close to the beach (4 min walk).
A beautiful, knotted pine cottage that has a bit of a northern woods cabin look, yet only a short walk to beach and the Saco River.
if you are looking for a no frills cottage, that is very clean and well taken care of, this may be for you for your vacation
Sleeps up to 4 + 1 younger child (please inquire if you may have extra people stay over for a night)
Open space living area (23' x 15') with 65" LED tv, full size couch (pull out queen), and love seat on one side. TV has HD antenna for local channels. Bring your Netflix, Amazon accounts to watch others.
Kitchen area that is well equipped, with dining room table for 4. Full size refrigerator/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and more.
Spacious bedroom with King size bed. Includes a high wall mounted smart LED tv.
Adjoining bedroom for a young child has a convertible couch to bed (full size) with a smart tv (not recommended for adult).
2 air conditioners.
Outside has a propane grill, 2 chairs, a small table, picnic table, a towel drying rack, a storage tote with beach chairs (while they last) and beach toys, etc. Small yard (approx. 200 sq ft). Also includes bike rack (with cover in case of rain).
Walk to local restaurant, close to Old Orchard, Biddeford Pool, shopping outlets and theme parks.
Across the street from salt marsh that can have breathtaking sunsets and wildlife. Bald eagles have been seen numerous times.
View the tidal marsh at high tide right from the picnic table outside while you are grilling your dinner on a summer evening.
fishing charters and more business have been running right out of the pier the last few seasons.
3 minute drive to Old Orchard Beach with many shops and an amusement park. 10 to 15 minute drive to 2 theme parks such as Fun Town Splash Town, Aquaboggen, Drive-In, daily flea markets, shops and restaurants.

Smaller than we thought...said it slept 5, but 3 would be more accurate. John and Roxanne were great hosts. I suggested to John that he upgrade his cable system. Other than that the beach was great. Golf ay my old Club was great.

What a lovely location and home. We were pleasantly surprised at the size of the home. Perfect size for family of 5. We enjoy the ease of walking to the beach and the quaintness of the community.

The cottage was exactly as described. We enjoyed the area and the closeness to the beach, the gen'l store and the restaurant. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. It was a great experience and hope to go back next year.

We had a pleasant stay. The Host’s had given clear communication ahead of and during our visit. We were pleased to see some beach chairs, buggies and toys were available for us. There were also kind welcome notes and contact information for the hosts should we neeed anything. Overall, it was just what we were hoping for and were pleased with our stay.
