Villa FETIA ITI is located hillside 65ft (20 meters) above sea level and only 100 ft (30 meters) from the lagoon. This very exclusive villa overlooking the crystal blue waters of the lagoon offers incredible romantic sunsets as well as a lot of privacy making it the perfect spot for both honeymooners and families.
Enjoy the placid waters of the lagoon with its extraordinary colourful tropical fish allowing endless snorkeling in turquoise and pristine warm waters!The house is surrounded by beautiful exotic and tropical fruit trees in a manicured garden.
This unique 1200 square-foot (110 m2) home is part of a famous luxury complex started by Marlon Brando and Jack Nicholson. The villa accomodation includes 2 bedrooms with air conditioning, 1 bathroom, a modern full kitchen fit for a chef, a living room and a large covered terrace-lanai overlooking the lagoon.

Tahiti, the port of entry of French Polynesia is linked by non stop scheduled flights to Los Angeles, San Francisco, NZ, Japan, Hawaii, Australia and with one stop to Paris and most european cities. From Tahiti, a 45-minute-flight takes you to Bora Bora.
There are 2 domestic airline companies in French Polynesia: Air Tahiti and Air Moana. Both airlines link Tahiti with Bora Bora. You can directly book your flights online on their dedicated website.
The plane from Tahiti lands in Bora Bora on motu mute, an offshore islet. Then a free shuttle brings you across the lagoon to Vaitape, Bora Bora's main village. On the wharf in Vaitape, you will pick up your rental car and drive in 15 minutes to our house.
Car rental
Because there is no public transport service on Bora Bora, you need to rent a car to be independant on the island during your stay . It is essential to go shopping, to go to the restaurant or to visit Bora Bora. You can directly book your rental car online on AVIS car rental company website which is the most reliable car rental company on Bora Bora. I don't recommend renting an electric car during your stay because there are no electric recharging points near the parking lot of our house. I also don't recommend renting scooters because they are not powerful enough to get to our upper parking lot and it is very difficult to carry your food purchase on a scooter to the house.

The home was very comfortable and immaculate. It had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. The views were stunning to say the least. Our host, Pierre, was extremely helpful and welcoming. We have already booked our next stay at this home for 2026! We didnt want to leave and we cant wait to come back again.

We had an amazing 15 nights in the house - it was perfect!!!!We sat on that front verandah soaking in the views for hours on end - you never get tired of that view….The air cons in the bedrooms are fantastic to get a great nights sleep after a big day in the sun too.The swimming & snorkeling out the front in the lagoon is fabulous.Overall no complaints at all, this is a perfect property to have as your base to explore Bora Bora.Highly recommend!

We spent the first week of our delayed honeymoon (we are both experienced travelers and not moon-eyed kids) at this wonderful spot in Bora Bora. It was the perfect place to explore the island in comfort, with beautiful views and all the facilities we could ask for. Pierre was a fantastic host, providing enormous helpful detail about the spot, the island, things to do, places to eat, places to shop for food and other necessities. Villa in nice surrounds, beautiful views. Be aware of expectations coming from your 5 star hotels, as this is completely different standards, 2-3 stars. Baths needed attention. There was mice in the house, and owner told us don’t worry for the small mouse, but did eventually send service. The review and warnings from owners on security had us under much precaution. Owners instructions to lock everything(blinds curtains etc) within house pamphlet, but to our surprise we’re told the safe key has been lost. Aside from the critter, we’d stay again, for the ability to experience Bora Bora in this way - day excursions and day trips to resorts.
