About this house rental
Single Family Retreat on Stilts. Recently added 1000 square foot+ deck overlooking firepit offers exceptional views of the surrounding area. Downstairs has new paver patio that provides outdoor coastal living at is best. Upstairs has 3 BR 2 BA ~ 1485 Square Ft. Downstairs is ~ 3000 Square Ft of covered space with Porch Swings, Fire Pit, BBQ Grill, and Audio Entertainment System, and downstairs bath. All areas have colored lights that the guests control as they desire. Close to the beach and ICW, this house is centrally located on the Island for easy access to all shopping, dining, and other attractions. The house sleeps 6 comfortably. If more than 6 guests, please contact us for additional fees of $85/guest/night

Beautiful, bright, fun home in a convenient location! Walking distance to beach, ice cream/donut shop, & Publix. Gorgeous downstairs open air spot to hang out with swings and a hammock. Loved this place!

I stayed here on a family vacation and it was an awesome time. The kids had a great time going to the beach. We also went fishing and it did not disappoint. The house was perfect. I was impressed by the way it was built. It has many places to hang out and have fun together. I would highly recommend staying here.

A long weekend getaway with our family and this property is absolutely amazing. Plenty of common areas for relaxing outside. Inside very nice and clean, well organized. Close to the grocery stores, restaurants, bars and beaches.
Tad, our host was very hospitable, just great to work with.
Overall we had a great time and again the house was everything it said it was and more.
We will be back,

We had a lovely stay at the beach house. The outside areas are perfect for relaxing or entertaining. The neighborhood was quiet and nice. Easy to walk to ice cream, tacos and bbq. We really enjoyed our stay!
