Sea Winds 505...GORGEOUS!...On the Beach...Totally Renovated!

Overall we had a great time on Marco Island and in this condo. It's as advertised- completely remodeled two bedroom with an amazing ocean front view. Easy/ private access to beach from the pool side and since it was offseason it was not crowded. The building itself - commons areas are due to all be renovated this summer and from the pic it's going to be super modern and nice. Renting the condo was super easy and the host is a 5 star host with their limited rules and quick response to questions. Picking the keys up was the easiest of any condo we've rented over the past 6 years. I expect we will return. Marco island itself of different then other "touristy" areas like Clearwater but has all you need just doesn't have 30 of um. Great restaurants within walking distance or a very short drive. Clean, white sand beaches with the best shelling from any other places we've been. Water is clear and you can walk / swim out to a sand bar on low tide and find ever more shells (leave the lives ones cause you'll find a lot of them there). And beach gear is new with wagon.Two opportunities for the Sea winds to improve - hope in the future they switch to key pads for all the doors and beach gate as carrying keys does get tricky specially if your group isn't all on the same schedule. And the elevators. One worked while another didn't , then the one that worked didn't and one day for a few hours neither worked. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! With every penny!!
