About this apartment rental
Gorgeous fifth floor 2 bed/2 bath beachfront unit---recent complete renovation. Enjoy the spectacular beach view overlooking the magnificent Gulf of Mexico. The sunsets are amazing!
We rent weekly from SATURDAY to SATURDAY. We kindly request a four guest limit.
Complimentary WiFi internet.
This unit comfortably accommodates four people. The Master Bedroom is equipped with a King size bed; Guest Bedroom has a Queen-size bed. Both bedrooms have private bathrooms/showers.
The condo unit is well stocked. The beach closet includes beach chairs, umbrellas, canopy, small cooler, beach wagon, and miscellaneous beach toys.
We are generally on the island. We have an on-island property manager to address any immediate condo issues, We want you to enjoy your stay on Marco Island to the fullest.

We had the absolute best trip to Marco Island and this renovated gorgeous condo played a big part in that! The condo was so beautiful, it had every single thing that you would ever need. It was extremely clean too. We had a 7 day stay and every time we walked into the condo, it smelt like it had just been deep cleaned! The beach closet with ALL of the beach gear was so convenient and essential to have. The hosts were so communicative and kind. Do yourself a favor and book!

Very impressed with the property renovation - done to high standards! Had everything you’d want for a comfortable stay and the beds and pillows were the most comfortable that we have experienced in this building after 8 visits. Enjoyed our week immensely in this very comfortable property and would not hesitate to book here again.
