Through the old wood and the stylish decor with charming, discreet lighting, the studio presents itself every day of your stay. A flat screen and a room divider with electric fireplace invite you to many pleasant hours. The kitchen is equipped with high quality kitchen appliances, dishes, a fridge and a Nespresso machine with capsules are our standard. The bathroom has a walk-in shower with a rain shower. In addition, there is a separate toilet in the studio. The box spring bed ensures a soothing sleep after a relaxing shower. The terrace and sunbathing area on the sunny side offer you a wonderful view of the Hartkaiser, peace and relaxation in your holiday - beach chairs and seating are of course there for you.
Our apartments in the Landhaus BergMoment are located in a unique location, on the hill of Ellmau, only 15 minutes walk from the center of Ellmau. The idyll, the nature and the hospitality make us a wonderful location for your holiday. In spring, summer and autumn, our house is the ideal starting point for hikes, as well as mountain and cycling tours. Bathing enthusiasts will find their refreshing water in the nearby Kaiser bath. Here you can experience great bathing fun with giant slides and a swimming pond. Golf enthusiasts can tee off in just 10 minutes on the 27-hole golf course "Wilder Kaiser" and enjoy the wonderful panorama. In winter you can experience wonderful attractions in Ellmau. Head down from the Astberg and land with the toboggan right in the idyllic center of Ellmau. Our Landhaus BergMoment is for adults only, there you will find peace and relaxation you deserve.
