Stay where you'd want to live! Our home is minutes to Downtown but safely tucked away on a quiet street in one of the most affluent and sought after areas in Nashville. Truly- THE BEVERLY HILLS OF THE SOUTH! We have lived here for over twenty years and love it.
Enjoy loads of space for entertaining or relaxing, both inside and out with 2800 sq ft of space all on one-level home with half acre lot with a soothing babbling creek running through the property while also being minutes to all that Nashville has to offer!

Great location, easy check in, safe neighborhood, nice layout, comfortable beds, the outdoor fireplace was a nice bonus on chilly evenings! Hostess was friendly and had great communication!

We enjoyed our stay. It's a very nice house. I do have a few suggestions. Trim the driveway bushes. They smack you in the face trying to walk to the sidewalk. It would be helpful to have some sort of instructions how to use the TV. Lastly, 3 of the 5 of us used CPAP's. No place to put them. Thanks again. We enjoyed our stay.

The location of the property is great. Close to everything. The property itself needs some TLC. Outside needs major upkeep - landscaping was overgrown, outside space was not maintained and some areas of the house had rotted wood. The inside was decent but again could use some TLC. Also could use an exterminator. Our five-year-old grandson woke up one morning with spider bites on his arms and legs. Plus there were tiny ants in the kitchen around the window.
