The property is conveniently located in a busy corridor of northwest San Antonio near the Medical Center with quick and easy access to interstate travel, upscale restaurants, varied shopping malls, theme parks, grocery stores, and downtown San Antonio’s River Walk and Market Square. Military bases are only short distances away. The property is near USAA, Valero, UT Health Science Center, UTSA, La Cantera/Rim Shopping centers, and Six Flags/Fiesta Texas.
At the same time, you will find privacy and quiet once you drive onto the shady, oak-laden estate. Large outdoor spaces are available and include a front yard rock patio and a back yard deck for hanging out and relaxing. The grounds include a ranch-style main home and workshop, and the acreage provides ample space for all. Don’t be surprised to see deer grazing on the property and neighbors riding their horses around the area. After all, this is Texas country!
The retreat property has a pleasant, soothing ambience. The house was beautiful and everything we needed was furnished. It is the best location with huge oak trees in the yard and deer roaming around. It is really quiet and peaceful yet really close to HEB and all the shopping stores just a few blocks away. It is the perfect location for a relaxing stay in San Antonio. Our cousin who lives in San Antonio could not believe the location and just loved visiting with us while we were in town. We definitely will stay here again when we are visiting San Antonio.

This was our second stay at this place and we had a wonderful restful time with the deer and owls and birds. The accommodations were very comfortable and we had everything we needed. The hosts are very friendly and welcoming.

Great place to stay with lots of privacy. Watching the deer and wild life was the best part. Highly recommend!
