About this apartment rental
The accommodations are located in the historic center of Cannobio in a recently renovated period building.
The apartments were renovated and furnished in 2003.
The building is in the pedestrian area which also includes the long lake, the marina and the public beach.
Access to the accommodation takes place from the pedestrian street and through a characteristic medieval courtyard or from a public road through the condominium garden of the building.
On request it is possible to have a box in the basement of the building (2 boxes available). Note that the box is small in size (5x2.30 m).
At a distance of approximately 1,000 meters there is a beach and wind-surfing equipment.
At about 250 meters there is access to the lake promenade of Cannobio.
The area is considered very quiet.
Fourth floor without lift
The accommodation is a two-room apartment of about 55 square meters and consists of:
living room with with double sofa bed and kitchenette, small terrace of 1.5 sq m overlooking the village and lake; double bedroom and bathroom with tub.
The accommodation can accommodate up to n. 4 people:
- 2 people in the master bedroom
- 2 people in the living room on the sofa bed
Equipment: TV, 4-burner gas stove, microwave.
Suitable for customers with: animals, without car.
Not suitable for customers with: disabled people.
