This is a two story single family home! One mile to Highport Marina that offers a public daily fee boat ramp. Less than 2 miles to Tanglewood Resort and Golf Course.Fishing, boating, great restaurants are within 3 miles.Large outdoor deck with comfortable furniture. Fully furnished, two private bedrooms. And two bathrooms. One bedroom has king sized bed and separate shower bathroom. Second bedroom has two full size beds. Sleeper sofa in family room. Complete kitchen. Washer, Dryer, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, 10 cup coffee maker and single serve coffee maker included..dining table with 6 chairs and bench seating. All linens. DISH TV Network, Three TV's, DVD's with each TV. Outdoor charcoal grill. 5G Internet.

My sons and i stayed 2 nights near the lake for a guided fishing trip saturday morning. This place was very nice and was comfortable, except for the central AC kept resetting to 75 degrees and made it too hot. We just took turns resetting it to a couple degrees cooler so we could sleep. Was not a major deal, just was too warm to sleep well.

This property was in an excellent location and was EXTREMELY clean. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you might need, and the furniture and beds are in great condition and comfortable. The house also has plenty of throw blankets to use which is a nice touch. 10/10 would stay again and highly recommend!

We rented to have a place to stay near Lake Texoma while we fished and ride in the boat. Good location, easy to find. Near lots of restaurants and facilities. Great communication with the renter! Highly recommend!

Great location near a beautiful marina with a fun restaurant on the lake. The nearby wildlife refuge was enjoyable too. We appreciate that dogs are allowed. The price is good. A few tips: add exterior lighting. Deep clean kitchen (inside cabinets, etc). We enjoyed our stay!

We loved this property! Perfect for a family or 2 couples...we were very comfortable and had plenty of space. There is both a Keurig type coffee pot and a usual large pot for whatever kind of coffee you like. It had any amenity we wanted and we used both the indoor and outdoor spaces. Visited from Dallas with wife and 2 kids. Area is green and lush this time of year. Birds chirping all over. Get some groceries, sit on the deck and disconnect. Would recommend also Hagerman wildlife refuge, renting a boat on lake Texoma and Eisenhower state park which are all 15 mins drive away. Might make it a yearly thing.

I loved the comfort of the bed. The house was wonderful with a bedroom upstairs. Enjoyed the short drive to Eisenhower State Park with the beautiful sand caves. It was also a short distance to Eisenhower birth place. Loved the view looking down for the stairs. Thank u for the beautiful, clean home in the country.
