Please note that every attempt will be made to accommodate requests for suite location and early arrivals; however, these requests are based on availability and occupancy. Unfortunately, the resort is unable to guarantee room location.
- Minimum age requirement for check-in is 21 years of age.
- Pets are not permitted and strictly enforced with the exception of Service Animals.
- No RV or motor home parking allowed at this resort.
ADDITIONAL COSTS: $11 PER DAY RESORT FEE DUE AT CHECK IN.
Resort Fee includes WiFi, 24 hour fitness center, pools, dvd rentals, seasonal activities, garden gas grills, 24 hour lobby coffee, tea and cocoa, business center computer/internet and boarding pass printing.
A refundable deposit of $100 authorization is required at check in to cover incidentals and is refunded at check out.
The Welcome Center will send a detailed arrival letter to you via email with check in instructions, late arrival info, everything you will need once you make your final payment on your reservation. If you have paid in full for your reservation, a detailed arrival letter will be sent as soon as possible.

This is a beautiful resort. We stayed in a one bedroom unit with amazing views of the Sedona red rocks and the golf course. The heated pool was across the parking lot from the condo. The front desk staff and concierge were both very accommodating. They do charge a resort fee at check in, but it's only $11 per day. We enjoyed the fully stocked kitchen and made several meals in the condo. There are several bars and dining options across the street at The Collective". The in unit washer and dryer were a plus. We would stay here again.

Amazing property, pool areas were great! Love the quiet and peaceful location away from Sedona traffic. Rooms comfortable. Great BBQ availability.

I have stayed at the Ridge before as my sister is an owner there. The one bedroom unit is large and spacious. The Ridge is in a nice location, close to Sedona and Inter. 17. While we liked the location it would have been nice to pick our unit. We wanted a second floor unit but ended up with a ground floor right on the pool. Lots of activity at the pool while we were there so not much privacy out on the patio. Not sure if Home Away can make arrangements to select specific units to stay in but it would be a nice option.
