About this apartment rental
I have been vacationing in Summit County for 30 years. I would like to offer you a clean, comfortable, and an affordable place to call home for your stay. The place has a balcony and many windows with amazing views of Keystone and Lake Dillon. The condo has a 60 inch (in the living room) and 42 inch (in the loft) HD Smart TV with 73 HD channels and 73 channels of Sirius XM Radio. There is 2 separate high speed Wi-fi internet available for all your digital needs. The condo has one bedroom with a King size bed, one bedroom with a Queen size bed, and a loft with 2 twins, a Queen size bed 1 twin daybed/couch. The kitchen has all the necessities you will need for your stay, including dishes, utensils, pots, pans, spices, and a water filter. It has 2 bathrooms one with a tub , the other with a shower stall. Each one has a supply of shampoo, conditioner and liquid soap. The living area has a sectional couch with pleanty of seating and a gas fireplace.
There is a lovely clubhouse next door to the condo that offers a pool, hot tubs, sauna, racquetball, weight room, pool tables, ping pong, video games, fireplace, wireless internet, locker rooms, and a laundry room... all for your needs and enjoyment. The clubhouse also has full kitchen and private room that you are able to reserve for any large function.

Everything was great apart from there being two of the three hot tubs down on our arrival. We soon learned from another guest that one had been broken for 6 mouths

We had a very nice stay here for a ski trip. Clean and very well stocked unit.

The actual condo met all of our needs. It is conveniently located and suited our needs very well. The only drawback was on the rec center area. Two of the three (and the largest) hot tubs were undergoing maintenance. Having only a basically four-person hot tub led to a lot of waiting for an opening after a long day on the slopes. A day or two maybe, but the whole week? Where was the maintenance. Again, nothing against the condo portion. This is more of a facility issue.

I’m sure this unit would be just fine in the winter for a ski trip if you’re good with driving to the resorts. Silverthorne, Dillon, and Frisco offer lots to do nearby as well. The view from the unit is very nice and there are many hiking trailheads within walking distance. Overall we were satisfied with our stay.
I would not recommend staying here in the summer. While it was 65-70 outside each day it felt 80+ inside. We had all the fans running and the screen door open. Ceiling fans in the bedrooms would likely help. It’s on the third floor with little ventilation. Also worth noting is the building itself is dated and somewhat rundown. The clubhouse is ok, particularly the pool and hot tubs, but the rest of the facility was not well cleaned or maintained, at least during our stay.
