Other things to note
-Scottsdale has very strict occupancy and quiet hours rules. You will be asked to leave, fined, and lose your deposit if they aren't followed.
-Parking- 3 cars max. Street parking is prohibited at all times.
-Occupancy Max- 8 people (children and infants included) at any time (day or night). The City of Scottsdale requires guests shall have a maximum family size of 6 adults (and their related dependent children).
-Quiet hours are 10pm-9am.

-Must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property.
-Security cameras/audio recording devices are located on the premises for your safety. They do not record conversations.
-If you check-out on a major holiday (4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year's Day), you will be charged 1.5x the normal cleaning fee. If it can be rescheduled to the next day, we will coordinate that so there are no extra fees.
-The City of Scottsdale requires background checks. All guests that have a confirmed criminal record shall be declined and asked to cancel the booking at their own expense.
-You will be responsible for a 4% credit card fee if you cancel prior to 60 days in advance.
