About this apartment rental
This incredible private apartment has its own dedicated parking space right outside the front door. Walk right in and up one flight of stairs to luxury. This chic two bedroom, one bath second story apartment is loaded with amenities to make your stay comfortable.
Each beautifully decorated bedroom has a comfortable queen bed, night stands, flat screen TV with cable, and large closets. Extra pillows and blankets available upon request.
In addition to the amazing selection of restaurants steps from home, the kitchen is ready for you to cook for the times you want to stay in. Complete with granite counters, stainless steel appliances, microwave, gas range, pots and pans, toaster, blender, coffee maker, plates, glasses, etc. Menus of many local restaurants have been provided to help you decide ‘What's for dinner?’
There is a granite dining bar separating the kitchen from the light and bright dining and living area. The large flat screen TV with digital cable is great for your viewing and for those late nights in.
The contemporary tiled bathroom with two sinks and tub/shower with glass doors has a separate private room for the toilet. It is supplied with luxury towels.
The apartment also comes with a full sized front loading washer and dryer, iron and ironing board.
Please note the pool is not available to guests.

Property is in great location - walkable to waterfront, pier and lots of restaurants. Interior is nicely furnished however not clean. There were handprints on appliances, sticky counters and obvious spills on hardwood floors and tile- our feet were dirty from walking on floors. After I emailed they did send someone to clean but floors were still dirty and there was still a thick layer of dust on some surfaces. Very nice apartment but I would hesitate to stay again unless I was guaranteed a thorough cleaning
