About this cabin rental
This luxury 3 story log cabin is located in Somers, Montana over looking pristine Flathead Lake. Flathead Lake is the largest fresh water lake west of the Mississippi. The large wrap around deck offers spectacular views of the lake and surrounding woods. The cabin sits on 5 wooded acres with abundant wildlife. Somers is very conveniently located between Lakeside and the city of Kalispell. Bigfork is only about 9 miles East. This cabin is not suitable for children under 5 years of age, also not wheelchair accessible. Autumn is a great time to visit the Flathead as the weather is cooler and the crowds are gone! We look forward to your visit. I have a camera on my front door.

Walking into the cabin through the front door, the whole cabin was very, very clean. You have everything you need to cook with and grill. Plenty of blankets towels, washcloths. If there were any problems, we could send a text and get a reply within a suitable amount of time.The view is spectacular from anywhere on the walk around deck outside. I my wife and her dad had a wonderful time at this cabin. I highly recommend that you stay there.

What a fantastic stay from start to finish! The house was absolutely spotless, the beds were comfortable, and it had everything we needed. The location is unbeatable—close to Whitefish and Glacier National Park. Waking up every morning to the view of Flathead Lake was incredible. Janice was an outstanding host, responsive, and went above and beyond to make our trip perfect. Best stay/vacation we’ve ever had. Highly recommend!"

This is an absolutely beautiful cabin and property! The cabin is placed on a hill with a gorgeous view of flathead lake that is so quiet and peaceful. It is equipped with everything you need to cook meals indoors or grill outside. The deck was one of our favorite spots to relax. This really was rhe perfect rental for my family. We got the best of both worlds, secluded privacy but close to the national park, grocery stores and diners if we did not feel like cooking. I can not recommend this home and host enough! She was amazing and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay!

Great View. Beautiful house. The house needs some routine maintenance, it is difficult to get to the door if you have bad knees and the road to the cabin is very rough. Saw deer, turkeys, squirrels, bunnies, and chipmunks near the cabin.
