Guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement within 48 hours of booking and prior to check-in.
Stays longer than 14 days require a mandatory mid-stay cleaning. This will be scheduled during your stay and costs the same as the standard cleaning fee: $195.
Additional cleaning charges may apply if excessive cleaning or damage occurs.
Parking is limited to a maximum of 3 vehicles overnight.

We rented this property last week and have no regrets. The house was spacious, clean, and located just a short distance from downtown Blue Ridge and McCaysville. The property is not located in a neighborhood with amenities as advertised, but is in a gated community. That was not an issue for our family, but could be for others. Also we learned the hard way that you can only get beer and wine, no liquor within 20 miles so plan ahead! We also took advantage of the Xplorie discounts and it was amazing! Kitchen was stocked well with plenty of gadgets for all your cooking needs! The master bath shower was tiny and a bit of a challenge for average Mom/Dad Body type, but other 2 showers were normal size. We will definitely be back! Thank you Cuddle Up and 100 Acre Woods for a week full of great memories!

It was a nice property. Had a few issues with the cabin upkeep. Needs some better cleaning between guests but it was a nice place to stay.

Awesome communication throughout the stay with information. The property maintained very well and family enjoyed the stay. We will definitely come back for the next time.
