The kitchen opens onto the backyard .
Large and private backyard with patio sets, new gas BBQ, and large outdoor shower. Our backyard is perfect for relaxing and or entertaining. We provide pillows and sheet sets and light summer blankets for all beds.

We have one security camera in the front of the house and one on the west side where tenants have no access. They will be on during your stay. We use our home ourselves and enjoy it tremendously!

AWESOME place to stay on fire island!
•The place was super clean, cozy, and comfortable.
•The location was perfect~ very close to the ferry and beach. A nice walk or bike ride into busier parts of town with shops.
•The owners were so nice and ensured we could reach out to them if we needed them. •The pictures do not do this house justice! The backyard and inside were a lot more spacious than seen in the photos.
• The backyard was a great place to hangout and relax. There was a lot of privacy in the back.
•There is some type of shop (lumber?) behind the house, they would start work early around 7am and would create a lot of noise. Not a huge deal but it did cause us to get up pretty early some days.
• There are two bathrooms with showers, which was nice! However, the water would rotate from being hot one moment to cold the next so you needed to take quick showers.
Overall, the house was great for my family and we all had a really great time! We would 100% stay here in the future. Thanks!
