About this house rental
This beautifully remodeled, spacious 3BD, 2.5BA Villa is the perfect blend of comfort and coastal charm. Each bedroom features its own television, and the living room offers a large flat-screen TV, ideal for relaxing after a day on the water. Step outside to enjoy direct sunset views over the Gulf from either your private porch or the upper balcony. Just off your back porch is your private boat dock, perfect for boating enthusiasts.
Dock Details:
Maximum overall vessel length (tip of bow to end of engines): 35 ft
Hull size must not exceed 31 ft
Maximum draft allowed: 3 ft
No multiple vessels or personal watercraft allowed per dock space
Boater's insurance is required for all owned or rented boats and Indigo Reef Marina HOA needs to be added as named insured. Liability must be set at $300,000.
Vessels cannot be wider than 10 feet on canals and 15 Feet on finger piers.
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook and dine in, and you can grill your fresh catch on one of several charcoal grills throughout the resort grounds. The Villa is 100% smoke-free, both indoors and on the porches, and is fully appointed with all the essentials for a relaxing getaway—just pack your bags and unwind! We also invite you to explore our Guide to the Keys, where you'll find detailed information about all of our rental units, their dock slips, proximity to the pool, and recommendations on the best places to eat, explore, and unwind. The Villa can accommodate parties of up to 8 guests with use of the sleeper sofa (extra guest fee applies to parties of more than 6).

We've stayed at Indigo Reef many times over the years and this unit is one of our favoites. Excellent communication with host, well decorated / furnished and extremely clean. Looking forward to next year already!

Perfect vacation

What a beautiful place! Unit 43 at Indigo Reef not only met our expectations, but exceeded them! The unit was much more spacious than it seemed while doing our pre-booking research. It easily accommodated our group of 6 with plenty of room for more. The large porch was a very popular hangout spot. The view from the balcony of the master bedroom was breathtaking, particularly at sunrise/sunset. The pool was great and the ice machine was a huge plus! The boat slip is literally just outside the backdoor and with minimal 'no wake' zone we had had quick, easy access to both the Gulf and the Atlantic. Marathon in general has a lot to offer without the insanity of Key West, as there are many shops and stores very close...but you wouldn't know it once you're inside Indigo Reef as it's very secluded and quiet. I would not hesitate to book here again, and probably will. Thanks to the Zitos! Top notch vacation...
