About this cottage rental
A perfect home for a traveling couple, this luxurious retreat has a unique layout with seating areas both upstairs and downstairs. The alternating exposed brick and grey wood panel walls give a rustic feel to the industrial decor.
You’ll find everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The first floor has a large couch and TV, a dining table for four, and a half bath tucked away under the staircase. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, beautiful dark cabinets, and a breakfast bar for morning musings.
Upstairs is a spacious primary suite with a king sized bed and sitting area. The balcony off of the bedroom is perfect for catching a sunset, having a cup of coffee, or reading a book. The bathroom has an open shower with built-in seating and a large vanity with plenty of room to get ready for an evening on the town.
You’ll be just a quick walk from Mrs. Wilkes Dining House on Jones Street, where you’ll find some of the best Southern home cooking in the city. Take a leisurely morning stroll through Forsyth Park to people watch while having coffee at the Sentient Bean, and don’t forget to check their upcoming events for live music and theatrical performances!

A wonderful location and property. Loved the creative design of the home. Very comfortable bed although the pillows were way too big for us; a couple of smaller ones would have made a huge difference to us. The refrigerator wasn’t working but there were two smaller ones against a wall. This must have been a temporary problem but it would have been nice to hear about it ahead of time. Other than those two issues we loved our stay and would definitely return and recommend it to others.

A great place in a great location! I liked that it was in walking distance to many parks and restaurants, and also, I was very happy with how clean the place was kept.

We were there for a long weekend. The location is great, check in is easy, any questions we had about check-in or issues with the property were answered/taken care of quickly.The 2 AC units did a great job of keeping the place cool. The bathrooms were nice. Really enjoyed the "rain-head" shower upstairs.Very nice aesthetic with the exposed beams, concrete, brick and metal doors downstairs. Only issue is the main fridge doesn't work. The host supplied 2 mini-fridges in the kitchen. But they don't supply ice....in Savannah. Looks like the issue has been ongoing for a few weeks per the last few reviews. Other than that, we had a great stay!

We didn’t get an opportunity to stay in the property because of some challenges my husband was having. The property is located perfectly, most cost effective parking was there using meter. Everywhere else was 48-50. The hosts were very accommodating and sensitive to our concerns and we appreciated that.
