Our apartment located directly on the beach offers you the comfort and generosity you expect.
The apartment has a size of 47 square meters and can accommodate up to 4 people. The combined sleeping and living area is bright and modern and just renovated. The separate kitchenette is well-equipped with microwave, kettle and coffee maker. The modern bathroom offers next to toilet and large sink, a bathtub with shower facilities, plenty of storage space, and hairdryer and make-up mirror.
From the balcony of the apartment "Fördeblick" you can enjoy the whole day the view of the beach and the beautiful Kiel Fjord.
Everything is at your disposal for a pleasant stay. The sauna and is located in the house and your car can be parked in the underground parking.
The long sandy beach with promenade starts directly (40m) on the doorstep. Kilometers of hiking and biking trails invite you to extensive tours.
The beautiful resort of Laboe with good shopping and seawater indoor pool is only 4 km away. The state capital Kiel can be reached in about 30 minutes. There you will find all the possibilities of leisure activities, shopping and cultural facilities.

Die Wohnung mit Balkon ist wirklich sehr empfehlenswert. Sie reicht für zwei Personen völlig aus.

Top Lage, gepflegte Unterkunft, Betten etwas eng, Küchenausstattung dürfte etwas verbessert werden. Der Ausblick ist nicht zu toppen.

Gepflegte Anlage, Lage und Aussicht super. Ausstattung ganz schön.
Sehr aufwendig fand ich die Schlüsselübergabe, da diese nicht direkt vor Ort erfolgt. Da ich mit dem Rad vom Kieler Hauptbahnhof kam, musste ich nach 20 km bis Stein noch weitere 16 km bis Kalifornien (und zurück) radeln.
In der Wohnung war es ein wenig staubig, die letzte Belegung war wohl in der Osterzeit, da noch dezente Osterdeko vorhanden war.
Irgendetwas, was in der Toilette entsorgt wurde, müffelte so vor sich hin. Ließ sich zum Glück alles einfach beheben.
Insgesamt war es ein toller Aufenthalt.

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung, sauber und gepflegt. Toller Meerblick, Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage, problemloser Check in. Schöne Lage für lange Spaziergänge, man konnte wunderbar abschalten, Erholung pur, wir kommen gerne wieder!
