Guesthouse Margot - Apartment No. 2 (Apartment)

In our family house with garden you expect two comfortable apartments, each with separate entrance. Our house was created in 1986, the two apartments we have grown only from the year 2000. Our large apartment (No. 1) with 43 m² is characterized by two separate bedrooms and a spacious kitchen. In the small apartment (No. 2) with 29 m² we offer you a loving, inexpensive alternative. We do not take pets out of consideration for sensitive guests. Smoking is only possible on the balcony or the terrace. In addition, we expect our guests, that you enter the apartments only with slippers. We have our two apartments according to the guidelines of the German Tourism Association e. V. for holiday apartments (F) and fortunately received the internationally recognized symbols of three stars (F ***). In other words, we offer you accommodation with a good level of comfort, a homelike overall of better quality and a visually appealing overall impression. From our house there are just 5 minutes walk to Lake Bayersoier, there is a lawn, a kiosk, a rudder and a swimming opportunity with changing rooms. In the area around our village there are many car-free cycling and hiking trails, you can park your bikes in our garage. Bad Bayersoien is located 14 km northwest of Oberammergau on the B23 and on the edge of the Ammergau Alps. It is ideal from spring to autumn for easy hikes in the beautiful foothills of the Alps, but also for smaller tours on the nearby mountains on foot or by cable car. The royal castles of Ludwig II, Garmisch-Partenkirchen with the Zugspitze, but also the towns of Füssen, Weilheim, Murnau are all within a radius of 30 km. The city of Munich can be reached by car in an hour or by train from Saulgrub.

Apartment newly built in 2001, own entrance, suitable for up to 2 persons. Terrace, parking space, parking space for bicycles, skis etc. Also short-term rentals or on weekends, ideal for cyclists and winter sports enthusiasts (parking space, workshop space) cross-country trails and near the lake. Final prices plus the local visitor's tax.
