Holiday at the Schlei in the apiary!
Ulsnis is a small, quiet village on the Schlei between Schleswig (15 km) and the Baltic Sea (15 km) in the middle of the nature reserve Ostseefjord Schlei. There are many cycling and hiking trails here. City trips can be made as a day trip to Hamburg, Husum and Schleswig.
It is not remote, but very central for excursions.
Baltic Sea beach about 15 km, Damp about 25 km, sea water wave in Eckernförde about 25 km, holiday park "Damp Vital", natural beach on the Schlei 600 m, two different golf courses, tennis courts, children's paradise Tolk 11km away. Flensburg, Denmark, Husum, Friedrichstadt, North and open Baltic Sea are reached quickly. Even Hamburg and Sylt are easy to reach by day trip
The TV series "The Country Doctor" is filmed in the neighboring village. Castle Gottorp with its wonderful exhibitions (bog body) Baroque garden and globe. Haitabu with the Vikings and the Viking Days with many activities also for children.
In the resort: children's playground, bike rental, steamboat dock. A very good cafe.
