This is a fully private lower-level home with its own separate entrance. The upstairs unit is completely separate and accessed from a different entrance at the rear of the property. My mom was visiting from Arizona and instead of getting her a hotel negate my place is too small to host I rented her this place. I stayed in the second room and we had a great time catching up. Lovely home fully set up to cook. Great location. Of you don't know South Oceanside is the best.

Perfect stay. Great location, quiet neighborhood, great house & amazing kitchen. All the little things you need for daily life (spices, laundry supplies, shampoo, paper towels, etc) Very comfortable, felt like home for sure. Check in was soooo easy. Check out was great and easy and a very small to do list. Would definitely stay here again. So happy with everything.
