About this house rental
Luxury holiday home directly on the beautiful Heeder lake with 3 bedrooms, conservatory and terrace. Completely renovated in 2015 and 2016 in a holiday home area by the lake. On foot 40 steps to the fine sandy beach. Clear water and the sandy beach running into the water promise beautiful swimming afternoons in the summer. A playground is right on the beach. On the other side of the lake there is a modern water ski facility, beach volleyball court, giant trampoline ...
The apartment has been very lovingly furnished for the refined taste to feel good and relax. On approx. 95 m² we have furnished for you with love:
Living-dining area with new kitchenette, equipped with hob with ceramic hob and oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, kettle, coffee maker, Tassimomaschine, toaster, children's dishes. A modern corner bench invites you to linger. An LCD TV completes.
On the ground floor there is a spacious bedroom with double bed and LCD TV. Baby cot can be booked on request.
The upper floor has two more bedrooms with double bed (+ LCD TV) or Furnished single beds. (+ Children's toys) The staircase is child-resistant through a gate.
All beds are equipped with duvets and linen for you. Upstairs is a newly renovated bathroom with toilet, shower and sink ready for you. The new bathroom on the ground floor is equipped with underfloor heating, walk-in shower, toilet and washing area. There is also a washing machine for free use. Bath towels and towels can be booked on request.

- Place of pilgrimage Heede with the 1000-year-old lime tree
- Meyerwerft Papenburg - the birthplace of many world-famous luxury liners (Highly recommended is a shipyard visit, in the planning of which we are happy to help)
- Fort Bourtange just behind the Dutch border

The area is ideal for cycling and hiking without mountains. A bicycle rental is located if necessary in the immediate vicinity. For fishing enthusiasts with fishing license, the Heeder See and a small side lake are available for the hobby. Daily or weekend card can be purchased on site.
