The Regatta remains a lovely and well-maintained property, easily walkable and a great North Naples location. We especially enjoy the options of a family-oriented pool with a zero-entry edge for kids, plus the availability of a quieter, generally adult-use pool. The property Host is very courteous and has been instantly responsive to concerns or questions. Post-Covid, both Vanderbilt Beach and Delnor-Wiggins Beach were extremely crowded during our Jan.-Mar. stay, requiring early morning visits to access. We had a lovely stay overall, and look forward to returning!

Bright and comfortable unit, with quality beds, towels and Tommy Bahama beach accessories. The gorgeous view from the lanai, with morning coffee or afternoon cocktails, was so relaxing. Two pools afforded earlier morning sun at the very child-friendly resort pool, while the lap pool was a quieter location for later day sun-bathing. The easy walk to the beach included a fun beach bar with ice cream for the kids along the way. The Mercato shopping/dining area is a short drive up the street, with lots of entertainment to offer. The Regatta property is lovely, clean and well maintained. Condo owner was accommodating and quickly responsive. While we personally would have welcomed either a Smart TV or an upgraded cable tv package, overall we could not have been happier with this choice. Would definitely recommend this property highly.
