It is built on the ground floor and offers no tripping hazards and its equipment is specially designed to meet the needs of families with small children. Of course, couples or families with older children are welcome to discover the relaxing environment of the house sun, resin & stars.
All rooms in the house are equipped with windows and heated. The house is centrally located in the idyllic mountain village of Hohegeiß and yet you feel in the midst of nature due to the great views.
Explore a unique piece of land during your stay - Hohegeiß, one of the highest locations in the Harz region, combines tradition, nature and - with it - a varied leisure program for its guests. The well-known villages in South Harz Bad Sachsa or Bad Lauterberg are easily accessible from here, but also worth seeing in the northern Harz, such as the Brocken or the Hexentanzplatz, invite us from a visit.
The modern and comfortable holiday home offers 125m² of space and is ideal for couples and families with 1-2 children and a baby. We have equipped the house baby and toddler.
Relax from everyday stress and enjoy the wonderful view and far-sightedness into the great outdoors and the Bärenbachtal, directly from your terrace.
The Harz offers a variety of different leisure activities and attractions. The toboggan lift is 100 meters from our holiday home. From here it is not far to the popular hiking trails around Hohegeiß.
The house and the garden are available for the exclusive use of our guests. Directly in front of the house on the property is the parking space for the car, with convenient access to the house and with separate entrance to the utility room, where z. Eg the stroller and the like can be turned off. The house is located on a quiet side street and yet only 3 minutes to the center.

In the kitchen are available: dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, espresso machine, kettle, toaster, ceramic hob with oven, fridge-freezer and plenty of crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils. For our little guests there are extra children's dishes and bibs. At the dining table is a high chair ready. For the sibling, who is still too small to sit on the chair, there is a separate booster seat for the normal chair.
The living room has a TV with DVB-T, USB and HDMI connection and a Nintendo Wii with a wide selection of games and accessories. A separate sitting area with 2 comfortable armchairs can be used as a nursing and reading corner. The children can look forward to various board games. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.
The children's room has a cot (0-3 years) a single bed and a pull-out bed (up to 70 kg body weight).
In the bedrooms, large sliding door cabinets offer plenty of space for your belongings. There are sufficient hangers, a clock radio and a safe available.
In the utility room there is a washing machine and dryer as well as a drying rack with brackets for free use. The utility room offers enough space for the stroller and winter sports equipment. For winter clothing is a separate wardrobe available.
For the baby or Toddler, there is a play blanket / Krabbeldecke, which is also suitable for outdoors. Hooded bath towels, a baby bath and a changing table with a changing mat are provided in the bathroom.
For the older child there is a potty, a seat reduction for the toilet and a stool for the sink.
