About this cabin rental
Waterfront cabin ready for your family's getaway. Located at Isle's End Cove on Monkey Island just a golf cart ride away from Shangri-la golf course and club house.
Spacious cabin with 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms. Enough beds for 8. Living area is large enough to accomodate your inflatable matress. Large dining table and kitchen table will seat all your guests for dinner, or throw a steak on the grill and relax in the covered patio area just a few yards from the lake.
Tie up your boat, fish or swim from the dock located in front of the cabiin (West side of dock is provided for this cabin. East side may be occupied by another party).

My wife and I stayed here and brought our boat and golf clubs. We played golf at Shangri La by boat and it’s right around the bend maybe a 10 minute ride. We did a little fishing and I got some good fishing advice from Scott and caught a few sand bass. Also, the cabin was perfect and we will be back again. If you have a taller boat with a tower like I do, the trees in the neighborhood are pretty low and they were a bit of a challenge but other than that, we had a great time.

Easy in and out access to place into house and in and out boat launch

We were looking for a place that was close to our brother and sister-in-law’s house on Monkey Island. This place was a five minute drive so it was perfect. The use of the place was great for our family of five and we all had a wonderful time using the kayaks and swimming and fishing around the dock and boat slip. The place could have been a little cleaner though. The ceiling fans throughout the home needed to be cleaned as well as the A/C vents, we didn’t use the back porch as the chairs and back porch were covered in cobwebs and needed to be swept, dishes in the dishwasher were dirty and we had to wash them before using them. Some of the dishes in the pantry were dirty also. The beds were comfortable and clean. We fought mosquitoes coming in and out the doors but I guess that is to be expected at the lake. All in all we had a good time at Grand Lake and created lots of memorable moments.
