Nice resort, the restaurant is good, buffet ok but has some good options (lunch seems to be the same daily). Room was really nice, got an ocean view. Customer service was good. You had to pay extra for top shelf drinks, it was not included like advertise. Also no access to members only section of beach or pool, was told I needed a different wristband or could pay extra for it, even though my room was right there. Overall I would stay here again but based on the description I was a little disappointed.

I was looking for a place I could unwind from the stress of work and found exactly what I needed!
My room was very spacious and clean, the resort staff was extremely kind and helpful. I loved the private beach, couldn’t be happier!

This trip was nothing short of.... amazing! I chose this resort for my 26th bday trip with my mom, sister and my moms friend. From start to finish, it was jaw dropping. Let’s begin with Mike and Ali! 10 stars hands down! Timely communication, SWEET, even with the small bump we ALMOST had with the resort, Mike made sure I didn’t break a sweat! Our transportation was ready when we arrived. The resort was EVERYTHING. My family and I only regret was thinking that 2 days would be enough after arriving at the resort. We almost changed our flight like 5 times. The VIP status that we received from our private cabanas, vip lounges, vip meals, vip pools, vip rooms, private butler, && let’s not forget VIP BARS. I love to travel to a diff place on my bday every year but because of my treatment from start to finish, I’m going to have to squeeze in another trip a year just so I can experience booking with Mike and Ali at DreamSuites. Thank you so much guys for making a birthday fit just right for a queen! You will definitely be hearing from me soon. Have fun in March Mike, you’re going to love it as much as I did!
