There is a beautiful sunroom, multiple outside decks with gas grill, fire-pit, and outside seating with beautiful water views. The home has satellite tv, ROKU, and WIFI. The homes bedrooms are a king size bed, queen size, full size and one bedroom with twin beds. All linens and towels are provided. This home is across the lake from Boone Lake Marina. There is also a public boat ramp across the street for your convience. Boone Lake also offers a beautiful white sand public beach a short drive from the house and boat rentals. The home is only 10 minutes from grocery stores and restaurants. It is conviently located only 15 minutes from Bristol Motor Speedway and Johnson City. Beautiful Christmas destination to make memories! Come enjoy our treehouse on the lake and enjoy fun with your family and friends. Boat/Waverunner are not included in rental.
