About this apartment rental
This spacious 3 bedroom/2 bath condo is located on the third floor at the spectacular Windsor Hills Resort. With over 1,400 square feet of living space you will feel all the comforts of home, all while being less than 3 miles from Walt Disney World.
The living room has a sofa and loveseat, as well as cable TV, a DVD player and 48' flat screen TV for you to relax with. The master suite which is separated from the other bedrooms has a king bed, 32' flat screen TV with cable and a walk-in closet and its own full bathroom featuring granite. The 2nd bedroom features a king bed with a 32' flat screen TV and convenient access to the second bathroom boasting a double sink vanity and granite. The 3rd bedroom has sleeping arrangements consisting of 2 twin beds, a 32' flat screen TV and stunning Frozen wall art.
The condo also features a fully equipped kitchen: full size refrigerator with oven, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, utensils, silverware, pots/pans, high chair, etc. Full size washer and dryer located in the unit means you don’t have to bring as much clothing.
Just beyond the living room is the screened in lanai for your morning coffee and fresh air. The lanai is furnished with a comfy settee, wicker chair and table, making it a great place to enjoy the outdoors without ever leaving the condo.
While we try and provide each guest with everything they will need, there are some items that are not provided in the homes.
While bath and hand towels are provided, you may want to bring your own beach towels and wash cloths as these are not provided in the homes.
Starters of toilet paper, and soap are provided, but you may need to supply more of these as your journey progresses. In addition, any basic toiletry items such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothpaste, etc. must also be provided by the guest, as well as grocery supplies.
Amenities Galore here at Windsor Hills. Windsor Hills offers the highest level of comfort for your vacation dollar. The privacy gated Windsor Hills Resort caters to the vacationer`s every need!
The spacious clubhouse includes a water park pool with a waterslide and a spa, as well as a zero-entry pool that`s perfect for toddlers. There is also a children`s playground, community grilling area, tennis courts and sand volleyball.
In addition to the many exciting amenities offered by the Windsor Hills Resort, you`ll also find everything you need in your condo to make you feel right at home.
Declaration: please note we have a Ring Doorbell/Camera mounted beside our door in the hallway. This is strictly to monitor compliance with capacity limits and our condominium’s No Pets bylaw. We also use it to keep an eye on the occasional nosy raccoon that pops by to try to get into our trash bench. Keeping it locked will assist

We had a wonderful time at Windsor Hills! The condo was perfect for our family of 5. My girls loved the Frozen themed twin bedroom and my son was so excited to sleep in a king bed for the first time. All of the beds were very comfortable and we were able to rest well between our trips to the Disney parks. The kitchen was well stocked with all of the pots and pans we needed for meals and we were given a wonderful starter kit that included extra paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, hand soap, and laundry detergent. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Our only minor complaint, the floors are thin. The upstairs neighbors were very loud on a few of the nights and we could hear them running and stomping (probably kids and ours would do the same).
The amenities at Windsor Hills were also amazing. We enjoyed our rest days by the pool swimming, riding the water slides, and playing in the arcade. The kids loved the activities offered like crafts and photo booths and we enjoyed grabbing lunch and ice cream from the grill. We also had a wonderful time playing at the playground. We would highly recommend this rental for your family vacation!

We stayed at the property for 6 nights and have no complaints at all. Check in was easy at the nearby rental office. There was a touchpad key so we never had to worry about putting one in our pocket. We did 3 days at Disney parks which were all a 15 minute drive away. We stayed at the resort one day to enjoy the pool, which was a little bit of a walk away or a very short drive away. The pool is huge and the temperature was just right. We all loved the water slides. The rental unit had a cooler we cleaned before using (just to be sure) and brought it to the pool after getting ice from Walmart. We also took it to Cocoa Beach. The unit also had buckets and shovels for sand castles, a wood boogie board, and two bag chairs (we didn’t use the chairs). Everything we needed in the morning to get going was there, Keurig coffee maker, bowls and spoons. We didn’t cook anything, but the pots and pans and utensils were all there if we chose to. All in all, we had a great experience and highly suggest the unit.
