About this apartment rental
Our fully furnished contemporary ski condo is perched on top of a hill at 7500 feet elevation overlooking Heavenly Stagecoach Lodge 200 yards away.
Designed and built by a European Architect, each unit has its own private entrance.
Completely remodeled in 2010 with custom granite counters in the kitchen, stainless appliances, heated slate floors in kitchen and bath, walnut hardwood floors in the living room, contemporary furnishings, ultra-modern Jotul gas fireplace, bright icicle chandelier, Bose iPod speakers, and a 46' flat screen LED Smart TV with built-in streaming Netflix movies.
Chef’s kitchen with 6 burner Viking range and every cooking utensil you could desire from fresh pasta maker to copper core cookware.
Centrally located for all the outdoor fun and activities that makes Lake Tahoe world renown. Mountain bike and hiking heaven for avid outdoors adventurists or family friendly trails as well. Free wi-fi internet. The unit is accessed from street-level parking via 3 sets of stairs—truly breathtaking (but don’t worry, you quickly acclimate). Unit is on the top right.
Spacious 2 stories, 1000 square feet of living space. Furnished with high end contemporary European style living and bedroom furniture. Two bedrooms, two full baths, sleeps 4. California king in master, queen in guestroom. Home is currently furnished with a crib and baby supplies such as optional baby gates. Washer and dryer in the unit. Hot tub and BBQ on the deck. Clubhouse with pool and spa is just down the road.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This condo is airy and light-filled. The high ceilings and large windows look out over the pine trees (and large Holiday Inn complex). The Ikea furnishings are modern and comfortable. One bedroom and bath are on the main floor, the second are on the floor above, allowing for quiet and privacy. And Erin (the owner) is delightful.

We had a rental fall through and needed a place within a few hours. Erin responded so quickly, had cleaners come to the condo immediately and let us check in as soon as possible. The condo was immaculate, comfortable, had all the necessities and more! Tons of kids toys, kitchen supplies and condiments. Hot tub is a great plus. This rental could not have been any better. Warning : those stairs really do take your breath away!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here -- it is just as described and as the photos show it, and it's hard to beat the location. Getting to and from the Stagecoach lift was no sweat. The place itself is very nicely appointed, with thoughtful touches in terms of both design and utility -- heated floors are not just a luxury in the Tahoe winter. Multiple windows make the inside feel airy and light, plus great views. The owners are responsive and gracious. Highly recommend this place and hope to return someday!
