Mirarmar "I" is an apartment for rent with private pool and sea views located in the residential area of Cala Galdana. Miramar stands out for its views and its location, as it is only a few minutes walk from the beach.
The apartment for rent in Menorca consists of three double bedrooms, two bathrooms (one en suite), living room, kitchen, a large terrace with barbecue, pool, laundry room and parking space.
The property is distributed on two levels, on one level is the pool and down a few steps there is the house and the terrace overlooking the beach of Cala Galdana.
The main room consists of a double bed, a large built-in wardrobe and a complete bathroom, equipped with a bathtub and a hairdryer. The other two double rooms are made up of two single beds and a wardrobe in each of them.
The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and all the necessary kitchenware.
Both, the living room and the kitchen have access to the terrace. The outdoor area of the house is composed of a large pool surrounded by sun loungers, an area to enjoy outdoor meals with an outdoor table and chairs and a barbeque area.
The apartment for rent has a parking space, a laundry room that has; washing machine, board and iron for clothes. The property is also equipped with a safe, WiFi and satellite television.
All bedding and a set of bath towels per person is included in the price. A change of all used towels on weekdays is provided and sheets are changed every 7 days and cleaning is done.

HOW TO GET THERE
From the Airport or Port of Mahón (35min):
1. Take the Carretera General (Me-1) towards Ferreries, at the height of this town, after a small tunnel, you will find a roundabout where you have to take the third exit towards Cala Galdana (Me-22)
2. After 7 km, a roundabout will welcome you to Cala Galdana, at the entrance is our office, where it will usually be the meeting point with the host.
3. You have to take the first exit and continue until you reach the Miramar housing.
From the Port of Ciutadella (25min):
1. Take the Carretera General (Me-1) towards Ferreries, at the height of this town you will find a roundabout where you have to take the second exit towards Cala Galdana (Me-22)
2. Follow the previous points 2, 3 and 4.

This is the second year that we have stayed at the Miramar and we love it and hope to return next year. The location is difficult to beat and offers incredible value for money.
Both bathrooms would benefit from refurbishment.

The villa is perfectly located and the views are stunning. The villa had everything we needed for a relaxing family holiday - my 3 year old granddaughter loved the pool and Netflix was a godsend on a very wet and windy day! Communication and service from Juan was excellent. I wouldn’t hesitate to return to this lovely villa!
The bathroom and kitchen could do with updating.

Lo unico que no nos gusto fue que el aire acondicionado este solo en la sala.
Y no en los cuartos pero pienso que haran muy pronto lo necesario.
