Situated in the historic town of Truckee on 600 acres of towering pines and blue sage covered hills, Old Greenwood, a premier four season luxury resort, offers a magnificent setting for the discriminating Lake Tahoe vacationer. Nestled alongside the golf course, the stylish modern decor and distinctive mountain architecture is abound in every detail of this beautiful home. The great room features massive windows, vaulted ceilings, and lots of natural light. The large, open floor plan allows for plenty of comfortable seating by the fireplace in the great room, a dining table for 6, and a spacious gourmet kitchen with breakfast bar. An expansive outdoor living space includes a deck with built-in benches, private hot tub and gas BBQ - a perfect space for lively outdoor entertaining.

Located just a short walk away is The Pavilion (available at an extra fee), Old Greenwood's family oasis, that consists of an adult pool, family pool, kiddie splash pool, water slides, hot tub, playground, tennis, volleyball, basketball, games room, fitness center and spa. Old Greenwood is also home to the Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course. Old Greenwood truly offers something for everyone - kids and kids at heart!
*Access to the amenities at the Pavilion at Old Greenwood is available for an extra fee paid in advance of your arrival. Rental guest fees are $85 per night for up to 12 registered people. ***Please note that if you choose to have access to the Pavilion, the fee will be collected for each night for the duration of your stay. There will be no refund for days/passes not used. Pavilion access needs to be requested prior to arrival. No access will be issued once in residence.

- The maximum occupancy of this residence is limited to 8 people. Groups that exceed the maximum occupancy limit will not be accepted.
- This home has a smart home security camera installed on the exterior of the home. Video coverage includes the driveway. The device captures video and audio for security purposes. No video or audio is recorded inside the home.
- A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed. A pet fee of $50/night will be charged for up to 2 dogs. No cats or other pets permitted.
- Please note that check-in time for arrivals on December 26 - January 3 and February 13 - 20 is 5:00pm.
- Check-in 4PM/Checkout 10AM

We stayed at this Old Greenwood property for NYE. The communication prior to our stay was wonderful. Brooke was amazing. I was sent a link the day before our rental became active and it contained all of the info needed for our stay. Check in was super seamless. The home location was great. It was right down the street from the Pavilion, which is where the gym and restaurant are located (the restaurant never seemed to be open during our stay). The gym was very nice. It was large with a lot of equipment and amazing views. The home looked just like the photos. The kitchen had everything we needed or our week long stay. The spa was warm and ready to go when we arrived. Everything seemed very thoughtfully executed and we really appreciated jt.

The townhome was perfect for our family. Great floor plan and perfect setting on the golf course. Loved every minute!

Nice townhome, but a bit dated and cleaning issues. Pots/pans and knives were all filthy and put back in the cabinets that way, bedding is old and not luxury, not new body cream in the bathroom (seal was broken and hair inside), a lot of dusty areas and under beds/couches not clean, super dry and had humidifiers but they were filthy with pink slime, toilet not fully cleaned, loud dripping noise in master bathroom. Not enough chairs at dining room table. Pros: beautiful location, quiet, sledding slope in back yard, sunken hot tub, outdoor fire pit, pull in garage that can fit the Thule rack on top of SUV. Other than cleaning issues, was a nice place. Feel a bit overpriced. Did not feel luxury. Family still had a nice time.
