Assigned parking. This is a great place to relax for business or a quick getaway for fun in Austin. Come enjoy the rental and all of the fun activities in Austin. The location was most beneficial for us. The bed and futon were both comfortable. The place was clean, but we were disappointed that it smelled of cigarette smoke. FYI - The bathroom door did not always stay shut. We had difficulty placing the cover on the lock box.

Adequate place to stay for a couple days. It is dated and needs some refreshing. Owner was very friendly and responsive.
