About this house rental
One of the most spectacular oceanfront rentals available on the exclusive Island of Marthas Vineyard. This unique residence is situated on the Chilmark bluff overlooking Lucy Vincent Beach and the Atlantic Ocean, with over 440 feet of private beach. The complex is crafted from the finest materials and consists of 4 bedroom, 4 baths. There are 2 master suites with king beds and private baths. The property consists of 3 separate houses all connected by a large deck. The three houses are as follows: Kitchen house, Master house, and the Bunk house. The Kitchen house has a large living room, indoor dining table for 8, and a fully equipped kitchen with a large walk in pantry. The Master house contains a king bed, large sliding glass doors for beautiful morning views, walk in closet, beautiful bathroom with two sinks, indoor and outdoor shower, and a tub. The Bunk house contains two guest rooms, one with just a queen bed and large closet, the other with a queen bed, bunk beds, and a large closet. There is a shared bathroom for the two guest bedrooms and then a master suite with it’s own private bathroom.
The breathtaking views over the cliff of the Atlantic Ocean are one of a kind. Climb your own private stairway down to your beach. The expansive grassy yard can host wedding parties or your own private bash. On cool nights sit by the outdoor fireplace. Or if you prefer, the indoor fireplace. Take a shower in one of the 2 outdoor showers. Climb up to the viewing area on top of the house for views as far as Edgartown on a clear day.
The Island of Marthas Vineyard is only 45 minutes from Woods Hole by ferry and there are easy connections to the world from the local airport via many carriers. Cars, bicycles, motor and sail boats, kayaks, canoes and fishing tackle are available for rental.
Peaceful bike paths and conservation land abound allowing one to explore this beautiful islands nature trails, spotting up to one hundred varieties of birds and unique flora. Fishing for Blue fish, Striped Bass and Bonito can be one of life's great exploits.

We love this property. Great layout for family and guests. A comfortable house with the best ocean views. Grace is amazing. She is so welcoming and always there when we have questions or to give us good local advice. A real Martha’s Vineyard gem all around!

Absolutely wonderful property in an ideal location - secluded yet close to market and other activities of Chilmark; however we found we did not want to leave the property itself as it offered everything we needed - wonderfully relaxing with the ocean and beautiful beach right there. Layout is reminiscent of California style houses with strategic use of outdoor space and enough privacy for all. Check-in and out was smooth and efficient; will definitely return.
