Terri is a great host and a nice person. The cottage is clean and well stocked with everything you need. I stayed a month. The last two weeks my girlfriend stayed with me and it definitely got smaller with two people but is acceptable. Location is its best asset. Only negative was the couch. It needs to be replaced.

Terri is a wonderful and caring host at her beautiful cottage in Delray Beach!Without a question she is an animal lover and also very knowledgeable about what’s good in the area. I am relocating to Southern Florida, and found the cottage a peaceful place in an incredible location, just steps away from the thriving restaurant row Delray Beach has to offer.Also walking distance to the Intracoastal Waterway and this thing called The Ocean… when it was time to unwind after days spent doing relocation due dilligence, interviews and getting documents scanned, this cottage was in the perfect location for me to either stay in and relax, or venture out for a nite cap on the water!!Cannot recommend highly enough! Delray Beach is such a fun place, I decided to find a place here and stay!!

The property was centrally located near the downtown area of Delray Beach... very easy to get to restaurants and activities. Terri, the owner was easy to communicate with and accommodating. The cottage was equipped with everything one would need on vacation!
