About this villa rental
We are located in the rural area surrounding the town of Floridia, 1 km from the town and 15 km from the city of Syracuse and the seaside resorts. The house is externally surrounded by a large covered veranda well equipped and ideal for outdoor lunches and dinners. On the veranda is a characteristic wood oven. Inside there is a fully equipped kitchenette, a 'large dining room with TV corner and living room, two double bedrooms and a twin bedroom, a bathroom with shower and laundry. The strong point of the property is however the exterior. It is characterized by a large park very nice and decorated with plants and hedges of all kinds and especially by a beautiful private pool recently built and surrounded by a comfortable solarium where you can relax and enjoy the sun of this beautiful island! The property offers a well-equipped barbecue area and a private parking.

Nous avons aimé :
- La gentillesse d'Andréa : sa disponibilité et ses conseils pour un séjour agréable
- L'emplacement : syracuse, noto, catane... De jolies villes sont accessibles sans trop de route
- La piscine : bonne profondeur, bien entretenue. Aucun vis à vis.
- La terrasse et le barbecue
- Les ventilos dans les chambres
Nous avons moins aimé :
- Les aboiements des chiens aux alentours (la nuit c'est juste insupportable)
- Le manque de modernisme : la cuisine et la salle de bain sont vieillottes, les transats pourraient être changés...
