(JA4907) Home 4/3 Private Pool, Lake & Free Waterpark

It was very nice location, house was nice and clean but the beds we’re terrible, old and when anyone moved you heard them.. I was in the downstairs bedroom and heard every time they moved upstairs. Not enough towels, no extra sheets and the pots and pans were scare. I small pan and one middle sized. Couldn’t cook a full meal if you wanted to… the couch was falling apart! I would stay again if they up graded their things. The skimmer was rotted so u couldn’t clean out the pool if you wanted to.. It was a nice place to stay and like I said clean but when I pay good money for a week I want the comforts of home!

Rooms and beds were very comfortable. Kitchen and eating area was comfortable and convenient. Parking for our RV was good. Thanks

This was a great property. We visited Epic Universal during our stay and the location is super close to the parks. We loved the community pool/lazy river area. The extra fees to heat the pool and the grill were not listed in the original listing and found out about the add-ons after we booked. I feel for the price the grill should not be extra. The communication was great and would stay here again!

The place lacks the essentials needed for a long vacation and the number of that can stay. The kitchen does not have towels, pot holders, dish clothes. Each bathroom only has 2 bath towels. The pool lights did not work messaged the host received no reply., missing light bulbs in lamps. The pool guy left the hose in the pool on our 4th day and never returned to remove it. Did not message property owner about as they already had not responded to previous messages.
