About this cottage rental
La Batllia is a typical Catalan farmhouse in the Ripollés region, in the Girona Pyrenees, where you can enjoy the tranquility and peace of a stay surrounded by nature, in a privileged environment, easily accessible and very well connected.
It is located 2 km from Sant Joan de les Abadesses in the middle of a large plain in the valley of the river Ter, towards Camprodon.
It has 2 independent rural lodgings (masoverías) for 4-6 people, which are "La Batllia I" and "La Batllia II", restored from the old house of the masoveros and "La Cabanya", masovería for 6-8 people, restored from the old barn.
All are equipped with the necessary elements for the maximum comfort and well-being of our guests, creating a very welcoming atmosphere.
The exteriors are large with green areas and playgrounds, swings, slide, goal, basketball, volleyball, badminton, terraces with garden, tables, barbecues and swimming pool.
In the same place there is a farm of dairy cows and other domestic animals to see and know our agricultural and livestock activity.

Hemos estado 5 días para el puente de la Purísima y todo muy bien!! El entorno es maravilloso, la casa está muy bien equipada y los dueños son encantadores! Éramos dos grupos de amigos con niñas de 6 y 7 años y es ideal para ir con los peques, se lo pasaron en grande! ¡Lo recomiendo mucho a familias!

No tenemos mas q elogios para esta espléndida casa situada en las afueras de Sant Joan de les Abadesses. Todo perfecto en instalaciones del apartamento (Batllia II) y el entorno. La ubicación en plena naturaleza a 1,5 km del pueblo por camino bueno sin problemas para cualquier coche. Campos de cultivos y prados en una masia ya con menos uso ganadero q antaño. Excelente Parque infantil de Juegos y piscina cubierta q hizo las delicias de un baño al fiyde cada día por las pequeñas. Trato excelente y muy cordial de los dueños M. Carme y Enrique q viven en la finca. Limpieza y menaje de cocina correcto. Solo q el baño es algo pequeño. Por lo demás solo queremos destacar q es una excelente opción para alojarse con múltiples lugares de interés a menos de 50 km a la redonda: Vall de Núria,Vall de Camprodon, Ripolles, la Garrotxa, comarca de Bergueda, Vic,... Pero en las inmediaciones casi sin precisar coche hay múltiples lugares de ocio e interes, senderos, via verde,...
