It has three bedrooms including two king-size beds and a twin room as well as a family bathroom, it can sleep six people. Also inside is an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburner. To the outside is a side and front decking with furniture and a rear lawn with a brook as well as off road parking for two cars. 26 Dukes Meadow is a pleasant lodge in a great location to enjoyed at any time of the year.
Amenities: Electric central heating with woodburner. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, Blu-Ray, WiFi. Power and start up pack for wood burner. inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Front and side decking with furniture, rear lawn with a brook. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 miles. Note: Due to location of stream, please supervise pets and children. Note: This property will be decorated for Christmas.
