    Overall, a nice hotel with friendly staff. The breakfast, in particular, was excellent. The furnishings are high-quality but not particularly exceptional, as one might expect from a hotel in this price range. The location is perfect, surrounded by great restaurants and cafés, with access to the sea via the partner hotel below. However, the spa area was underwhelming – quite basic, and in our opinion, not worth the additional €45 per day. The parking situation upon arrival was also confusing: hotel guests can only access the hotel’s parking garage after check-in with a key card. The signage only leads to a public parking garage with significantly higher fees, which caused unnecessary confusion when we arrived.

    Front desk staff when called wasn’t very nice when issues arose. We arrived late due to flight cancellation and they didn’t help with our luggage, didn’t offer anything to help with a loss of a whole day, when asked questions regarding what could be done—no sympathy. I understand policy but felt something hospitable from a 5 star hotel would've been appreciated. Something to go the extra mile. It left a bad impression coming from a 5 star place.
