Location was excellent. Check in was a little confusing since instructions were sent by email on the check in date and we were traveling and had not opened email. We called the owner to get room number and key.
Could have been toiletries such as shampoo.

The apartment had only two rooms, which were furnished with beds and a small kitchenette with a refrigerator. Parking was outside in the parking lot next to the house. The house itself looks very nice and historic and there are very comfortable seats outside to spend time there. The waterpark and the condilli are very close, as well as the city center, where there is also a beautiful fountain with lighting.
Nice place where to sleep only.
The water in the bathroom wouldn't drain and a pool formed in the shower corner. The bathroom could use a little updating.

Very good location, spacious rooms
Hot water end quickly in the shower, enough for 1-2 persons only. Broken chair in the dining room which is not secure
