Naivasha West Beach Camp

The environment was peaceful and the staff was outstanding; Sarah and Mary were especially delightful. We loved the view of the lake, hippo sightings, monkeys and all the other animals that visited. Beds were comfortable and the grounds were clean and beautiful.

There was some noise off and on throughout the night that wasn’t the fault of the property but rather the proximity to the road. Loud trucks and heavy machinery could be heard throughout the night. My children weren’t bothered, but if you’re a light sleeper, your sleep might be interrupted. The pool and towels were an extra cost, affordable, but we hadn’t initially planned for it. Please also consider adding shared clothesline or a place for guests to hang their clothes to dry. Finally, add some string to fasten the bottom of the tents so the monkeys can’t enter. :)

We had a wonderful stay at this beach camp. The facilities were very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the tents were spacious and cozy. The swimming pool was really nice and perfect for relaxing. In the evenings, they lit a fire in the restaurant lounge, which created a warm and cozy atmosphere. The breakfast was delicious, and overall the camp offered great value for money. The location is also excellent close to Lake Oloiden, Lake Naivasha and Hell's Gate National Park is not far away either. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend Naivash west beach camp to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable getaway.
