Bardzo przestronne mieszkanie, dobrze wyposażone i w dogodnej lokalizacji. Bardzo jasne, z dużych okien rozpościera się widok na miasto. W okolicy liczne sklepy i restauracje.

Mieszkanie posprzątane pobieżnie, przydałyby się solidne szorowanie w rzadziej sprzątanych miejscach, jako alergik niestety to odczułem. Zraziły mnie też poplamione poduszki na kanapie w salonie.

Понравилось расположение - очень близко находится торговый центр, где можно погулять, покушать, совершить покупки. Легко добраться. Новый дом. Прекрасный вид.

Отсутствие парковки. Пришлось долго кататься по району в поисках подходящего места. И с чемоданами гулять по кварталу так себе удовольствие. Ночевали пару дней - мыла/шампуней нам не хватило. Жилье внутри со следами усталости - то розетка шатается, то следы на стене, то потёртости.

First and foremost, these apartments are supposed to be non-smoking, but the smell of cigarettes inside is overwhelming. All the furniture seems to have been thoroughly soaked in tobacco smoke. It feels like walking into a cheap dive bar. Secondly, the main circuit breaker in the panoramic room kept tripping, leaving the entire room without power. None of the outlets worked. The breaker trips even with no load on the electrical network. Thirdly, there was a complete lack of central heating. It seems the owner simply shut it off to save on utility costs. Thankfully, there was a battered heater in the closet, which I had to use, albeit with interruptions because of the tripping breaker. As for the staff: I contacted the support team for these apartments and was told that someone would get back to me. However, they completely ignored my concerns. The service was appalling. In conclusion, the only positive aspects were the location and the residential complex itself. I cannot recommend this company to anyone and will actively discourage others from using their services.
